Becoming a Thermomix Advisor is about more than demonstrating a product, it’s about sharing a cooking experience, supporting others in their kitchens, and building flexible work around your lifestyle.

As an Advisor, you introduce people to the Thermomix TM7, host demonstrations, and guide customers through their journey with confidence and support.

Who can become an Advisor?

Thermomix Advisors come from a wide range of backgrounds. You might be:

A stay-at-home parent looking for flexible work
Someone wanting additional income alongside another role
Passionate about cooking and helping others
Looking for a new opportunity with structured support

No previous sales experience is required. Full training and ongoing guidance are provided.

Requirements before training

Before completing Advisor training, you must attend a Thermomix demonstration with me.

If you are based in my area, you may join my team directly.
If you are outside my area, I can connect you with a branch manager local to you.

How to become a Thermomix Advisor

1. Express your interest

Get in touch to discuss the role, ask questions and complete the new Advisor recruitment form.

2. Pay a deposit and receive your TM7

A deposit is required ahead of training. You will receive a brand new Thermomix TM7 to use following completion of your training. The TM7 provided at this stage is the appliance you continue to use as an Advisor.

3. Complete your training

Training is delivered by Vorwerk UK & Ireland and covers:

Demonstrating the TM7 both in person and online
Using Cookidoo and guided cooking
Hosting demonstrations and events
Customer communication and engagement
Processing customer orders

The aim of training is to ensure you feel confident and prepared before you begin demonstrating independently.

4. Begin demonstrating

Host in-person and online demonstrations and share the Thermomix experience with customers.

Earning your TM7

Thermomix Advisors have the opportunity to reduce the cost of their TM7 by meeting performance targets set by Thermomix UK & Ireland.
